I'm all about numbered lists lately.

5 reasons that I am looking for a new job:

1. I want to make the transition from hourly to salary.
2. I need more responsibility, challenges, stimulation, workload....I'm serious, I want to be busy.
3. I want room for advancement.
4. More money. I need a raise.
5. Change of scenery. I'm bored.
